    I'm having issues printing PureEdge viewer from my PC with vista to my HP officejet h470.

    Error is: Printer Driver's EndPage() Failed.

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    Greg,
    I don't know if any can answer your question and I have been searching for months for the answer.

    The error message seems to only occur with HP printers because I can print to any other printer brand but HP from PureEdge. This is very disconcerting being that I prefer HP over any other brand. I don't understand why HP printers and PureEdge cannot interface with each other. But if anyone finds an answer I would greatly appreciate it.
    thanks

    I only use HP printers and PCs and have been for the last 15yrs. I've never had a problem with pure edge until now and have had Vista for a while but I just got a new HP laptop and now pure edge doesn't work.

    Same problem, I too have been searching for an answer and all I have found are a lot of other people with the same problem. Not much help being in Afghanistan, can't easily get a different printer.

    Same problem with XFDL and PureEdge on HP H470. The only solution I have come up with is to print the document to file (creating an XPS document) and then print that. I know it isn't 'the' answer, but it is a solution.

    Here is my situation, I had a laptop, with vista home prem., I was able to do pure edge with no problems. However I ended up getting a new laptop due to old one was getting ate up from a virus.

    I downloaded pure edge viewer to the new laptop, which had the windows 7 home prem, but I upgraded to 7 ultimate, did not notice any issues till after using pure edge program in office, where I was using an old ancient hp laser DeskJet 4 is the model, when I started to try to use program on my persona printer, I started to get this message:

    “Wed Sep 15 23:36:05 2010 0 Viewer : Printer Driver's EndPage() Failed at PRINT ERROR(.srcFormViewerPrintEngineCPrintEngine.cpp:1960 Fri Jan 29 15:27:50 2010):4444:8”

    This is the error message I get now when I use my hp DeskJet f380. This printer worked fine with the previous laptop running with vista, I cannot use pure edge at present using my laptop running windows 7 ultimate. Also at present I just downloaded the replacement pure edge program, I still get the same error message, only with different time stamps.
    I hope that this will be some info that someone can hopefully use to solve this issue. Please help
