PLSC (Plus Live SCript) files contain a script that is written for the Windows Live Messenger program and function as add-ons to the Live Messenger program. Further, in addition to adding features to the program, it may also allow the program to interact with programs that may not necessarily support the PLSC scripting system or may not have been supported by Windows Live initially.
These files are only able to be used by the Windows Live Messenger program.
