PL2 files are Building floor plans that have been created with the use of the 3D Home Architect Deluxe software. 3D Home Architect Deluxe is a commonly used home design program used for the creation of building layout and design. The PL2 file stores the layout of the second floor specifically. The PL2 layout may include physical objects, and also may include custom surface materials and/or colors. The first level floor plan is stored in a .PL1 file.
