Files with the extension .PCD are multi-resolution image files compiled onto 'Kodak photo CDs'.
The problem with .PCD image files is that Kodak themselves stopped supporting the image format in 1998 with most image editing software producers follwing suite, thus making it hard to find software with which to open / view this image format.
