The .NWCTXT file extension stands for 'NoteWorthy Composer TeXT' and is used to store code that can later generate a NoteWorthy Composer song file (which uses the .NWC extension).
These files are plain-text formatted and can be created within NoteWorthy Composer 2 by going to File>Export and specifying 'NWC Text File' in the save as box.
