.NEU files are file created by Pro/ENGINEER software. Pro/ENGINEER is a program used for three dimensnioal product design. The .NEU file contains part information, which includes, but is not limited to, geometry, layering, appearance, parameter data, materials, and other design information. .NEU files store parts in a neutral format so they can be easily exported and then imported into other CAD programs. NEU files may also be converted into other common CAD program formats, including .STEP, .IGES, .DXF, and .DWG.
