These files are normally found to be simple text files, however they are sometimes found to be encrypted. These license files can sometimes be opened using a basic text editor such as notepad or editpad, just remember not to save the file when closing!

In the link of part 11, it was mentioned "code". As all the files are merged into one, How would I install the software?
