Format created by Samsung Electronics, these LFD (Large Format Display) files are created by Samsung's "MagicInfo Express", a content management system used to create digital signage such as those found in restaurants.
These files contain details of which content to display (such as images and text) and scheduling times.

I have purchased a Samsung digital advertising screen, like you might see at any fast food outlet where they display menus. These come with an application called MagIcinfo Express. This allows editing display content and time scheduling for the adverts created. I am now attempting to create my own .lfd files to gain more flexibility in the content I wish to display. So, I have helped a bit but am also seeking help in creating these files.
