I was wondering if it is possible to change a JPEG file into an HDP file? or is this just ridiculous question? haha
If it is possible though, how do you change it?

Is it possible to edit .hdp files in windows. If yes, then how? Do we need to change the format of the file from .hdp to some other say .xml?
