Originally developed for the DOS operating system, Paradox is a desktop relational database management system now published by Corel. A windows version of Paradox was released in 1992.
The .FLF extension is used by Paradox to hold form files. These forms, when populated, allow a user to query the database in a user-friendly GUI environment rather than having to manually key a query string.
Paradox is now included in the professional version of the WordPerfect Office suite.
