The .EUC file format is better known as an 'Extended Unix Code (EUC)' file. These files contain character encoding information primarily for Japanese, Korean, and simplified Chinese languages.

Well, it is not possible to open .euc files with the text editor, at least under Windows 7. I'll write again if I find a solution.
