Question: What is an E00 File?

    E00 extension is Arc/Info data exchange format. This format stores GIS (Geographic map) data. Arc View/ Arc Editor/ Arc Info Software is required to open such files.

    As E00 is an ASCII format, so user can open files in Notepad/Wordpad but it will show only geographic co-ordinates.
