Schematic file used by OrCAD, an electrical engineering tool that allows you to create printed circuit boards.
The data contained within these DSN files is used to create the layout and connections so that a design can be built. They are also a platform from which you can simulate.
Over the years OrCAD has been the de-facto standard for designing electronic boards.
