A project file that is created and can be used by the Sound Editor program that is included as part of the Roxio Creator 2010 software suite; the project file contains references to the audio files that are used in the project by the Sound Editor software and also includes the information regarding the sound transitions and any audio edits that are made to the referenced audio files. The project files may also be used to export the edited and transitioned new piece to a common multimedia format such as WAV or MP3.
