Walter Bright is a computer programmer known for being the main developer of the first native C++ compiler, "Zortech C++". Symantec acquired Zortech Inc (developers of Zortech suite of C/C++ compilers) in 1991.
Zortech C++ now belongs to 'Digital Mars'.
