I have converted a film on to my laptop and I'm trying to convert it back to DVD. The file type just says FILE, and I used VLC or VideoLAN client to do so, but I am now stuck to convert it to anything else. Can someone help me?

It's ACUCOBOL-GT'S file system interface usage license file. If you want to write some C programs to access VISION directly, your C program needed this file to execute the relative file operations.
