SLDDRT files are generally a proprietary "sheet" file for the program Solidworks from Dessault Systemes, a 2D and 3D Computer-Aided Design program. These files may sometimes be found blank, but may also contain the various notes about the drawing, including specifications, links to parts of the drawing, company logos, and, generally, the lines that make up the boundaries of the drawing that is contained on the sheet.
