Question: What is an PFL File?

Have you found, downloaded or received an PFL file, but don't know which software program is required to open it?

    The .pfl files are used in the Graphic Application PhotoFilter - they are plugin files.

    I have downloaded PhotoFiltre 6.3.2. but can't seem to get anything to work. Any information from you on installation & how to get it working would be greatly appreciated. I finally translated all the text files to English, however the other files are unreadable or unusable?
