I have .MSV files that I wish to convert to .WAV files for work purposes and I bought the Nch software and it won't convert the file.
I do not get help from their technical support. I think I wasted my money. I have windows7, and I do not see the Sony editor either in the Sony plug-in I have. I am confused.
