.LZM File Extension

Slax Module

Compressed File
Single file which may contain multiple files, also known as a module or package file. These .LZM files are compressed to reduce file size and are generally used for application installations.

The following require the Slax distribution of Linux.

* To extract the files inside the .LZM file, right click and select 'Extract Slax Module".

* To create an LZM module file, right-click on a folder and select 'Build Slax Module'.

* To convert a .TGZ package file to an .LZM module, use the tgz2lzm command line tool.
