Native Camera file

Question: What is an KQP File?

Have you found, downloaded or received an KQP file, but don't know which software program is required to open it?

Before attempting to open an KQP file, you'll need to determine what kind of file you are dealing with and whether it is even possible to open or view the file format.

Answer: Files which are given the .KQP extension are known as Native Camera files, however other file types may also use this extension. If you are aware of any additional file formats that use the KQP extension, please let us know.

How to open a KQP file:

The best way to open an KQP file is to simply double-click it and let the default assoisated application open the file. If you are unable to open the file this way, it may be because you do not have the correct application associated with the extension to view or edit the KQP file.

The .kqp extension was used by Konica to process film to a image file way back when - my photos are from 1997.

I have found that Graphic Workshop professional can open them. It looks like great shareware - but I don't have the $50 for 40 pictures right now.

So I'm still looking for a free option. The $50 would be well spent for the program - but I don't do much in graphics - thus a dilemma.
