    You can just open the file using Microsoft Excel 2007 (as in using Excel to open ASCII files) that goes through the 'delimited...etc' stage to separate the data into different cells.

    Alternatively, it can be opened with internet explorer but I don't find it useful if you need to plot it into a graph.
