TIP: Run a Free Scan for .VGZ File Errors.
A video file that is recorded using the V-Guard security camera or V-Guard Video Card. The file format is a proprietary video format, rather than a video file container like many other proprietary video types supported by other players, that is only accepted by a proprietary application that is also created by V-Guard called VGPlayer.
The video is compressed using Super Motion Image Compression (SMICT) which results in a smaller file, but which isn't as efficient as several more popular compression methods.
