Ulead GIF Animator Project File

Files with the extension .UGA are project files created using Ulead's 'GIF Animator'. GIF Animator is an application used for creating animated GIF images for use with web sites, Powerpoint presentations, etc.

GIF (Graphics Interchange Format) is an 8-bit per pixel bitmap format that allows the use of a separate 256 colour palette per frame for animations.
