.SRM File Extension

Game console ROM emulator file

Game File
SRM files are game files that have been saved by a Super Nintendo emulation program. SRM files are created by storing the Saved RAM (SRAM)/ Current Game state in a file so that the game progress can be resumed at a point in the future. SRM files are supported by both Snes9x and ZSNES emulators, and allow one to save their game progress, user achievements, etc, at any point during the game playing experience. SRM files can easily be saved and loaded by both emulators.
