ratDVD DVD Image File (Compressed)

The .ratDVD file format belongs to 'ratDVD', an application used to turn DVD movies in to a single highly-compressed file while retaining key-features and functionality of the original DVD (picture and audio quality, all audio-tracks, multiple angles etc).

.ratDVD formatted files are often significantly smaller than other DVD image files.

ratDVD also allows you to convert these files back to DVD for playback on a standard DVD player. ratDVD does not directly support copy protected media unless it has been decrypted first using an application such as DVD Decrypter.
