ITT files are files that are used by the IconTweaker program in order to provide a unified theme to the icons in a Windows installation. ITT files are stored in a human-readable XML format and are typically packaged with a number of ICO files that act as a replacement to the standard Windows icons for the theme, including the icons used for My Computer, My Documents, Control Panel, and other standard windows icons.
