ISU files are files that contain an uninstall script, to be run by the InstallShield software installation program in order to remove an application from a system's hard drive. The ISU script will locate and then removes all files that were installed with a program whenever the "Uninstall" command is run. The ISU script will also remove all corresponding registry entries that are associated with the program being uninstalled.
