TIP: Run a Free Scan for .IPTHEME File Errors.
IPTHEME files are used by the IconPackager software in order to save a theme, or mappings of icons from the software to Windows, and to load the saved theme by applying the correct icons to the standard icons in a Windows Installation. The IPTHEME files are not generally in a human-readable format and contain the mappings from a packaged icon to the correct Windows icon for the theme that is being loaded.
