The file is associated with Musagi. it is used to save the data of a song and its instruments. Musagi is a freeware which creates simple music.

This kind of file can be easily created by saving a song and not recording it.

I have heard from the creator of Musagi that the program can open this kind of file and save it as MIDI, assuming that only MIDI instruments were used inside the program.
