FEV files, or FLAMES (FLexible Analysis Modeling and Exercise System) environment variable files, are used to store the variables for a simulation that has been created to be run in the FLAMES Simulation Framework. Simulations that are described by the environment variables may include virtual simulations, live simulations, or constructive simulations.
FEV files may also have the variables within them changed to suit a new simulation, if necessary.
