TIP: Run a Free Scan for .DINFO File Errors.
A file used by the DivX Player to play video files downloaded from the web. The DINFO file contains the remote download location of a correspoding DDAT file in order to accommodate the playback of a video file that has either been streamed or downloaded.
Because this file gives the essential information needed to download the files to playback the video, it is not necessary after the information has already been downloaded. However, in conjunction with the DDAT and DMSK files, it allows the streaming of DivX content to the DivX player.
