.BSP files are Game map files created by Valve. Unfortunately, after searching on the web for a week now, I have yet to find any application that allows users to EDIT the BSP maps which I am looking for and brought me to this site, unfortunately, the information here is the same as every other place I have found, other than being able to post my own message like this.

I think you'll need to look at decompiling the BSP first, try looking at 'entspy' or 'VMEX' or maybe even 'BSP2MAP'.
