Can an .arv file be viewed on a Windows computer? If so, what program can open it? The video is off a surveillance system and it captured an auto accident. The business owners gave a .arv file on a thumb drive but we cannot view it. If there is no program I guess we can get the business owner to record the video onto a dvd?
